Villa Justina

We stayed at villa justina with my family of 5 adults and 2 children for 5 nights. When we were booking the villa we thought it looked too good to be true as it met all our requirements with immaculate private pool close to all the amenities and of course literally 5 minutes walk to Candolim beach! But when we arrived at the villa it was as good as the pictures if not better. It was-sparkling clean air conditioned child friendly very well maintained and Close to all the amenities with some fantastic restaurants close by. We simply couldn’t fault this place in anyway. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. If I was to pick the high light of time at the villa I would have to say that the caretaker Nimraj and his wife Leela were two fantastic human beings who simply couldn’t do enough for us they made breakfast and cooked dinner for us. Our kids simply loved them. Anyone considering booking this place I would say book it with confidence it is silly amazing place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at 'Villa De Justina'. The place is clean, walking distance from beach, with many restaurants around, very well maintained, and matches the description at the time of booking ✨ The caretaker, Neemraj, really took care, punctual and prepared very good food. Our host, Ravina, is very responsive and manages the things really well.?? Highly recommend this place !! ???

We were two families (4 adults and 3 kids) and stayed here for 3 nights. The villa was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. The private pool was fantastic and both kids and adults enjoyed it a lot, especially since the beach was closed due to the monsoon. Cleanliness, space, and overall comfort were excellent, truly 10/10. The location was perfect too, just a 5–7 minute walk to Candolim Beach, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The Curry House was barely a minute away. A special thanks to the caretaker, Tikaram, and his wife, Krishna, for taking such good care of us. They made breakfast every morning and even helped with small market requests. We’d love to stay here again on our next Goa trip. If you’re looking for a luxurious villa with a private pool, great amenities, and everything within walking distance - just book it. You won’t regret it!

I had an amazing stay at this villa! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. Every corner of the villa felt thoughtfully designed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything is at a walkable distance either i talk about restaurants or beach .The ambiance was peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the caretaker, Nimraj, who made the experience even better. He was always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. From arranging little details to ensuring everything was spotless, Nimraj’s hospitality was outstanding. His warm and friendly nature really made our stay memorable. Nimraj and his wife both cooked delicious food for us . Overall, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. I will definitely be returning!

Wonderful Stay at Villa Justina, Candolim We had an amazing stay at Villa Justina in Goa. The villa is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, surrounded by lush greenery. It’s clean, well-designed, and has a great private pool, plus 24/7 hot water. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach and market, with Fort Aguada nearby. The property feels very private and secure, with ample parking and smooth check-in through Airbnb. A special thanks to Tikaram and his wife, who were exceptional hosts. They kept the villa spotless, cooked delicious home-style meals, and helped with everything from groceries to local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, comfortable stay near Candolim Beach. We’ll definitely be back!
