We love music; however, we love our neighbours' privacy & comfort as well. No loud music is allowed after 9:00pm.

The specified number of occupants must be strictly followed to ensure everyone's comfort and safety.

Cleaning is performed daily. Linens and towels are changed every alternate day to maintain our high standards of hygiene.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Dedicated outdoor spaces are provided for your convenience.

A security deposit is collected at check-in and refunded 48 hours after check-out, following a property inspection. Compensation for any breakage or lost items will be deducted from this deposit.

The property management holds the right to cancel any bookings under exceptional circumstances if necessary.

Our property manager is available to assist with any issues. We kindly ask guests to respect their designated working hours.
