December 7, 2025The Vila was perfect! It had everything you need, situated in an area close to most of the turistic places! The host was awesome! Also Mr. Suraj, our care taker was the best person for us! He is polite and always with a smile on his face happy to help in everything you need! I recommend this place more the anywhere else! I’m more than setisfied with this reservation!

October 31, 2025We had a really good stay at Pearl Villa. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The property was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a great indoor pool. The location was peaceful and private, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience!

August 31, 2025This villa is located in a peaceful private spot in the prime areas of Anjuna. Both Upen and the caretaker Aniket are very helpful and will provide all necessary assistance such as with renting a car. The villa is well designed and throughfully furnished with the pool being ideal for relaxing or having a small celebration. All in all this place in apt for having a small peaceful celebration. They do have a restriction on outside guests which people should keep in mind.
